  Most of our functions are done at our own facility "Harvest Park ". There we have the capacity to hold your event for up to 5000 persons. Harvest Park is located near the center of Anniston in a peaceful, safe environment. We also do functions at the site you choose, wherever the location may be.

  At your facility or the facility you choose. Casual or formal or anything in between.
   
• Remote Locations
  Because our equipment is self contained we are able to go to remote locations that may not have all the conveniences of gas, electricity or water.
   
• Great Food
  If you are trying to impress your employees or your customer from Russia or anywhere in the world , we are up to the task. Our focus is New Orleans Cuisine. However, we understand and have experience in cuisine from Japan, Italy, France, The Middle East, Russia, Mexico and the Caribbean.
